Kettle Falls came into Tuesday's contest having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Davenport Gorillas on Tuesday as they made off with a 30-4 victory. The Bulldogs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Kettle Falls' win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 3-11. As for Davenport, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Kettle Falls will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Gorillas: the pair will be back at it again later today.
