Basketball Recap: Dierks Takes a Loss

If Dierks was feeling good fresh off their 59-27 takedown of Murfreesboro last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Dierks Outlaws took a 69-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Side Eagles on Tuesday.

Dierks' loss dropped their record down to 26-3. As for West Side, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 32-3.

Dierks has already played their next game (against Kirby), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for West Side, they will take on Wonderview at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. West Side knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 matches -- so hopefully Wonderview likes a good challenge.
