Basketball Recap: Christian Heritage Academy Takes a Loss

Christian Heritage Academy was the 45-44 winner over Timberlake Christian when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Christian Heritage Academy Knights fell just short of the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes by a score of 50-47 on Tuesday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Christian Heritage Academy still got an impressive performance from Luke Mason, who went 8 for 12 en route to 24 points and seven boards. Mason is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for four straight games. Isaac Ingram was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.

Christian Heritage Academy's record now sits at 4-12. As for Timberlake Christian, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-10.

Christian Heritage Academy will square off against King's Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Christian Heritage Academy is facing King's Christian Academy at the right time seeing as King's Christian Academy is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Timberlake Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
