Basketball Recap: Skyview Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

Skyview won the last time they faced Nampa and things went their way on Friday too. The Skyview Hawks took down the Nampa Bulldogs 70-51. Given the Hawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked 14th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 81st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Skyview's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Nampa, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Skyview will venture away from home to challenge Columbia at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbia is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.7 points per game this season. As for Nampa, they will head out to face off against Caldwell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
