Liberty extended their winning streak to seven on Wednesday, bumping their season record up to 11-2 in the process. They put the hurt on Trinity Hall with a sharp 16-8 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won nine games by eight runs or more so far this season.

As for Trinity Hall, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since May 13, 2024.

For Trinity Hall's part, Rylee Desiderato was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Helen Taylor, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Looking ahead, Liberty will venture away from home to face off against Barnegat at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity Hall, they will face off against Lakewood at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
