Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Brenae Smith stepped things up a notch to give Lamar the 'W'. DeSoto had no answer to Smith as she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Smith also put up four walks, which were her first of the season.
