Soccer Recap: San Clemente Has No Trouble Against El Dorado

After failing to score in their last match, San Clemente made sure to put some goals up on the board against El Dorado on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the El Dorado Golden Hawks with a sharp 5-1 win. Griffin Blair was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

San Clemente's victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1. As for El Dorado, their loss dropped their record down to 1-2-1.

San Clemente will be playing in front of their home fans against Palos Verdes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Palos Verdes will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something San Clemente surely won't give up without a fight. As for El Dorado, they will head out on the road to take on Servite at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. El Dorado's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
