Soccer Recap: Pearl River Comes Up Short

Pearl River managed to keep up with New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Pearl River Rebels lost 4-0 to the New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, the Rebels' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Pearl River now has a losing record at 5-6-1. As for New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Pearl River will host Salmen at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy, they will head out to face off against Archbishop Shaw at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
