Football Game Preview: Tekoa-Rosalia vs. Cusick

Cusick had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. On Friday they take on Tekoa-Rosalia at 7:00 PM. Cusick stagger into the matchup hobbled by three consecutive losses while Tekoa-Rosalia skip in buoyed by five consecutive wins.

Cusick suffered a grim 8-42 defeat to Republic. Cusick were down by 8-30 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Tekoa-Rosalia put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They put the hurt on Selkirk with a sharp 48-22 victory. Tekoa-Rosalia were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Cusick simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Tekoa-Rosalia 64-0. Will Cusick repeat their success, or does Tekoa-Rosalia have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
