Ketcham entered their tilt with Carmel on Monday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They never let the Rams get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. For the Storm, this counts as revenge for the 13-6 win the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Ketcham pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Carmel, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2.
