Volleyball Recap: Dixie Heights Comes Up Short

Dixie Heights lost against Ryle back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Colonels came up short against the Raiders, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11, 25-10.

Dixie Heights has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season. As for Ryle, they pushed their record up to 16-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Dixie Heights will face off against Dayton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ryle, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Great Crossing on the 4th.
