Basketball Recap: Elite Scholars Academy Takes a Loss

Elite Scholars Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a blow against the Bowdon Red Devils, falling 61-21. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royal Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-31 last Saturday.

Elite Scholars Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Bowdon, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Trion the next time they take the court. Bowdon will host Trion at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Elite Scholars Academy will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
