Volleyball Game Preview: Wonewoc-Center Wolves vs. Brookwood Falcons

The Wonewoc-Center Wolves will head out to square off against the Brookwood Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brookwood took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Wonewoc-Center, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Wonewoc-Center earned a 3-1 victory over Bangor. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

While Wonewoc-Center might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Bangor scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 23-25, 25-20.

Wonewoc-Center found their leader in freshman Faith Daugs, who had 19 digs and five assists.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Brookwood's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Royall.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Royall scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22, 19-25, 25-23.

Wonewoc-Center's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Brookwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-8.
