Football Game Preview: Cape Cod RVT Crusaders vs. Holbrook Bulldogs

The Cape Cod RVT Crusaders will face off against the Holbrook Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Holbrook took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Cape Cod RVT, who comes in off a win.

Cape Cod RVT is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Atlantis/Westport, posting a 45-0 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusaders considering their 12-point performance the matchup before.

Meanwhile, Holbrook lost 33-8 to Wareham on Thursday. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The win made it two in a row for Cape Cod RVT and bumps their season record up to 3-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 points in those games. As for Holbrook, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything came up roses for Cape Cod RVT against Holbrook in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 34-0 win. Will the Crusaders repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
