Volleyball Game Preview: Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders vs. Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans + How To Watch

The Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders will take on the Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Somerset Berkley Regional is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Old Rochester Regional just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Wednesday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-17, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Bridgewater-Raynham made easy work of North Attleborough on Monday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Bridgewater-Raynham walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 25-8.

Somerset Berkley Regional better focus on containing Emily Rogers and Gabriella Dacey as the pair were huge in Bridgewater-Raynham's win. Rogers had nine digs and six aces, while Dacey had six digs and three aces. Those three aces gave Dacey a new career-high.

Bridgewater-Raynham's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Somerset Berkley Regional came out on top in a nail-biter against Bridgewater-Raynham in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
