While Valley's victory against Kingston wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings skirted past the Cougars 2-1. Surprisingly, this marked the Vikings' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Valley's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Kingston, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valley will welcome Arcadia Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in the Vikings' favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while the Tigers have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for Kingston, they will host Marquand-Zion at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
