Volleyball Recap: Austintown-Fitch Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Austintown-Fitch, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the Howland Tigers 3-0 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Austintown-Fitch never let Howland on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 29-27, 25-14.

Howland lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Gabby Rich, who had 13 digs and one assist. Maria Chucksa also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
