Canyon View has gone 8-0 against Delta recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Canyon View Falcons will challenge the Delta Rabbits at 7:00 p.m. Delta took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Canyon View, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Canyon View greeted the New Year with with a 70-51 victory over Emery. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Spartans are ranked 93rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Delta has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They received a blow on Friday as they fell 68-49 to Juab.

Canyon View pushed their record up to 10-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.8 points per game. As for Delta, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Canyon View didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Delta in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 51-45 victory. Will Canyon View repeat their success, or does Delta have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
