Boyd skates past Olney with ease

The Boyd Yellowjackets's six-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Olney 61-32 on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Boyd, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Boyd can attribute much of their success to Payton Boyer, who scored 12 points. The match was Boyer's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christopher R Chappotin, who scored 9 points.
Boyd's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Olney, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Boyd is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Alvord at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. As for Olney, they will face off against Stamford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Stamford is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
