Delta found a leader in Aven Thomas as the team took down Mt. Vernon on Friday. Thomas rushed for 173 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 104.4 rushing yards per game.
