Softball Recap: Hancock Panthers vs. Williamsport Wildcats

Hancock's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 9-6 win over the Williamsport Wildcats. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 14-1 victory the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2022.

Taylor Weller made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Weller was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
