Basketball Recap: Mount Pisgah Christian Takes a Loss

The Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots came up short against the Athens Academy Spartans on Tuesday and fell 50-39.

Mount Pisgah Christian now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Athens Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Mount Pisgah Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mount Paran Christian at 7:30 p.m. on December 5. As for Athens Academy, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Lincoln County at 7:30 p.m. on December 3.
