Pandora-Gilboa suffered their biggest defeat since September 15th on Thursday. They came up short against the Kalida Wildcats, falling 3-0. The Rockets' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Pandora-Gilboa was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Kalida work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 26-24.

Nevaeha Alvarado paced Pandora-Gilboa's offense, picking up eight kills. Alvarado got some help from Cora Hovest and her nine assists.

Pandora-Gilboa's defeat dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Kalida, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Pandora-Gilboa has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against McComb on the 15th. As for Kalida, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Antwerp on the 15th.
