Basketball Recap: Delphi Community Comes Up Short

Delphi Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 54-34 to the Peru Tigers. The Oracles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Delphi Community's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Peru, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Delphi Community will take on Faith Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peru, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Manchester at 7:45 p.m.
