Volleyball Game Preview: St. Mary's Academy Wildcats vs. Forge Christian Fury + How To Watch

The St. Mary's Academy Wildcats will head out on the road to challenge the Forge Christian Fury at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

St. Mary's Academy proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out The Academy 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win St. Mary's Academy has posted since September 11th.

Meanwhile, Forge Christian came tearing into Saturday's contest with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Skiers by a score of 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Aspen scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 21-25, 25-21, 25-23.

Forge Christian's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for St. Mary's Academy, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

St. Mary's Academy skirted past Forge Christian 3-2 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
