Grosse Pointe South has gone a perfect 3-0 against Roseville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Blue Devils will be playing at home against the Panthers at 11:00 a.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Things were looking good for Grosse Pointe South after they put the first runs on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 7-3 to Dakota. The loss continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost five in a row.

Grosse Pointe South got a good showing from Jack Danielewicz, who tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.

At the plate, Andrew Dilodovico was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Jack Lupo, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, after soaring to ten runs the game before, Roseville was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to Lakeview. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since May 1, 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Grosse Pointe South fell to 2-1. As for Roseville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Everything went Grosse Pointe South's way against Roseville in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Grosse Pointe South made off with a 13-3 victory. Do the Blue Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
