Softball Recap: Davis Takes a Loss

Davis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 19-1 to the West Valley Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 24-0 on Thursday.

Davis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taylor Harris, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for West Valley, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-3.

Looking ahead, Davis will square off against Selah at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Valley, it'll be Eastside v. Westside when they and East Valley meet at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
