Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thomson). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Emanuel County Institute 94-28. That's more bragging rights for Thomson, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Thomson's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Emanuel County Institute, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thomson will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Evans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. Emanuel County Institute and McIntosh County Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
