The Ichabod Crane Riders sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 win over the Pittsford Panthers on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Riders.

Torri Cutler made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up seven earned runs off 13 hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
