Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda fell 58-49 to Adrian/Ellsworth on Friday. That's two games in a row now that Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda has lost by exactly nine points.

Despite the loss, Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda still got an impressive performance from Logan Hattendorf, who scored 24 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for him. Logan Gass was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with six rebounds.

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Adrian/Ellsworth, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-6.

As for Adrian/Ellsworth, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Red Rock Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Red Rock Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Saturday.
