Softball Recap: Union Comes Up Short

Union was the 11-7 winner over John Battle when they last played one another on April 1st, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell 7-3 to the Trojans on Friday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Union's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for John Battle, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-7.

Union has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Ridgeview on the 28th. As for John Battle, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Gate City on the 29th.
