Basketball Recap: Pinelands Regional Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Pinelands Regional took on Lacey Township on Tuesday. The Pinelands Regional Wildcats were beaten by the Lacey Township Lions 44-12. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost five in a row.

Pinelands Regional's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Lacey Township, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

Pinelands Regional will look to defend their home court on Friday against Asbury Park at 2:00 p.m. As for Lacey Township, they will head out on the road to face off against Neptune at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
