Basketball Recap: Dublin Takes a Loss

Dublin suffered their closest defeat since November 20, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of the Cisco Loboes by a score of 76-73. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Loboes apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

Dublin's defeat dropped their record down to 16-16. As for Cisco, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Dublin will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against City View at 8:00 p.m. As for Cisco, they will head out to square off against Nocona at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
