Baseball Game Preview: Toledo Christian Eagles vs. Ottawa Hills Green Bears

Toledo Christian hasn't had much luck against Ottawa Hills recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Green Bears at 5:00 p.m. Toledo Christian has given up an average of 9 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Toledo Christian came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Wayne Trace, falling 13-3.

Hamilton (White Uniform) has become a key player for the Eagles: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-5 otherwise. Meanwhile, Ottawa Hills posted their closest win since April 24, 2024 on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Findlay, sneaking past 5-3.

Ottawa Hills' victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Toledo Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
