Softball Game Preview: Stryker Panthers vs. North Central Eagles

The Stryker Panthers will head out to face off against the North Central Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses dating back to last season for Stryker and seven for North Central dating back to last season.

Stryker came up short against Montpelier on Tuesday, falling 34-1.

Stryker saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayla Fultz, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, North Central lost 12-2 to Pettisville on Tuesday.

North Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Stryker, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Stryker might still be hurting after the 13-3 defeat they got from North Central in their previous matchup back in April of 2022. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
