Basketball Recap: Tipton-Rosemark Academy Gets the Win

Jackson Christian typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Tipton-Rosemark Academy proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Jackson Christian Eagles by a score of 57-47. This was a revenge game for the Rebels: when they faced off against the Eagles back in January, they had to take a 51-43 defeat.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Jackson Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 20-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tipton-Rosemark Academy will host Fayette Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jackson Christian, they will square off against Natchez Trace Youth Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
