Softball Recap: Donegal Comes Up Short at Home Against Trinity

Donegal unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-0 to the Trinity Shamrocks on Monday.

Donegal saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ruth Myers, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Looking ahead, Donegal is taking a road trip to challenge Susquehannock at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Trinity, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Chambersburg at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
