Softball Recap: Secaucus Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Secaucus's offense. They came up short against the Eastern Christian Eagles on Tuesday, falling 16-0. The Patriots just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Secaucus' defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Eastern Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Secaucus will square off against North Arlington at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Patriots are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Eastern Christian, they will take on Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
