Soccer Recap: Citronelle Comes Up Short

After flying high against Theodore last Tuesday, Citronelle came back down to earth. The Citronelle Wildcats fell just short of the Baldwin County Tigers by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The loss was the Wildcats' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Citronelle fell to 2-1. As for Baldwin County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Citronelle will take on St. Paul's Episcopal at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Baldwin County, they will square off against Faith Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
