Baseball Game Preview: Chaffey Tigers vs. Diamond Ranch Panthers

For the second straight game, Chaffey will face off against Diamond Ranch. The Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Chaffey not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 22nd. They were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over Diamond Ranch. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Jacob Venegas spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on five hits and racked up seven Ks. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
