Baseball Recap: Airport Takes a Loss

Airport was the 13-4 winner over Milan when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Jets lost 9-3 to the Big Reds on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Jets have suffered against the Big Reds since April 26, 2021.

This is the second loss in a row for Airport and nudges their season record down to 5-9. As for Milan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Coming up, Airport will head out to face off against Riverview at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Milan, they will host Whiteford at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
