USA Basketball's Junior National Team held a minicamp over the weekend in Colorado Springs, Colo., bringing much of the country's elite high school talent under one roof.

It provided a first look at several elite freshmen, including Emoni Bates of Lincoln (Ypsilanti, Mich.). See him in action in the video above.

The 6-foot-8 wing showed why many consider him a name to watch in high school basketball's Class of 2022. He is expected to make a major impact this season in Michigan.

Another name primed for a monster 2018-19 high school campaign is 6-11 Federal Way (Wash.) forward Jaden McDaniels – who has elevated himself to the No. 4 overall ranking in the senior class according to 247Sports.

McDaniels is putting himself in the conversation for top prospect consideration, dominating five-on-five competition Saturday night in Colorado Springs.

The minicamp marked the first time USA Basketball has included all four high school classes in the same event. The program will reconvene for another camp next in Minneapolis, Minn.
