Baseball Recap: Memorial Comes Up Short

Memorial lost against Coweta back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Memorial lost 17-1 to Coweta.

Memorial dropped their record down to 2-10 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Coweta, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

While Memorial had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
