Basketball Recap: Suring Comes Up Short

Suring was the 38-37 winner over Marinette when they last played one another back in December of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 57-51 to the Marines on Monday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Suring's record now sits at 5-5. As for Marinette, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Suring won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Oneida Nation at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marinette, they will challenge Freedom at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
