Game recap: Holyoke High School Football Team wins against Platte Canyon

Thanks to the stand out performance the senior now has 19 touchdowns on the season.

Holyoke (Colo.) was up 22-14 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by Bradley Cumming in the first quarter.

The Dragons expanded their lead to 22 points entering the fourth quarter. Holyoke scored four times in the third, including once on a Dylon Kotch touchdown run.

The loss snapped Platte Canyon (Bailey, Colo.)'s 9-game winning streak.



The Huskies came in surrendering 14.8 points per game this season. Platte Canyon struggled against HHS, which came in averaging 26.2 points per game.

The defeat comes as a step back for Platte Canyon, which notched a 65-15 victory over Clear Creek in its previous outing. The win was a nice bounce back for the Dragons, which lost to Wray last week, 27-6.
