Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Ponte Vedra

Ponte Vedra had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Beachside Barracudas 3-0. The Sharks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Barracudas, too.

Ponte Vedra walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-19, 25-14.

Ponte Vedra pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Beachside, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ponte Vedra will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on St. Augustine at 6:00 p.m. on March 27th. As for Beachside, they will face off against Tocoi Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
