Basketball Recap: Jackson Preparatory & Early College Comes Up Short

Jackson Preparatory & Early College lost against Jackson HomeSchool back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jackson Preparatory & Early College Falcons were dealt an 81-53 loss at the hands of Jackson HomeSchool.

Jackson Preparatory & Early College lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Alex Oliver, who posted 17 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Donovan Myers, who earned 16 points and seven rebounds.

Jackson Preparatory & Early College's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Jackson HomeSchool, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jackson Preparatory & Early College will welcome Battle Creek Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jackson Preparatory & Early College is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63 points per game this season. As for Jackson HomeSchool, they will look to defend their home court on January 17th against Lapeer Lakers Homeschool at 7:00 p.m.
