Basketball Recap: Matt Johnson's Big Game Can't Quite Lead King's Christian over Winslow Township

King's Christian fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Winslow Township on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 47-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Winslow Township Eagles. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

King's Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Matt Johnson, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Cam Homer, who earned ten points.

King's Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King's Christian will venture away from home to challenge Collingswood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Winslow Township, they will head out to face off against Camden at 7:00 p.m. on December 17th.
