Baseball Recap: Thunder Ridge's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Thunder Ridge came into Monday's contest having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Canyon Ridge Riverhawks by a score of 12-7 on Monday. With that win, the Titans brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Easton Carling was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Thunder Ridge is 2-1 when Carling posts two or more runs, but 5-15 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Teagin Jones, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Thunder Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 7-16. As for Canyon Ridge, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-17.

As of now, neither Thunder Ridge nor the Riverhawks have any future games scheduled.
