Basketball Recap: Coram Deo Academy Comes Up Short

Coram Deo Academy lost against Covenant back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Coram Deo Academy Lions lost 75-54 to the Covenant Knights. The Lions' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it nine in a row.

Wyatt Webb had a dynamite game for Covenant, going 8 of 9 to rack up 22 points in addition to eight assists and five boards. The dominant performance gave Webb a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Josh Hook, who posted ten points and seven rebounds.

Coram Deo Academy's record now sits at 6-19. As for Covenant, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 21-14.

As of now, neither Coram Deo Academy nor Covenant have any future games scheduled.
